Custom work ownership (especially for CAD models and 3D prints) will be clarified in your project agreement.

Payment & Cancellations

Quotes are provided upon request and valid for 14 days.
A deposit may be required to begin a project.
Full payment terms will be detailed per project.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g. printing labs, delivery services) to complete your project. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by these third parties but will work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability

JackHasCamera is not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses.
Loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
Delays due to technical failures or force majeure events.

We aim for quality and professionalism in every project, but we cannot guarantee perfection in every result or outcome.
