Refund Policy

At JackHasCamera, we’re committed to delivering high-quality creative services and ensuring your satisfaction. Because our work is often custom and service-based, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.
 

General Policy

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our services, full refunds are generally not available once work has begun. However, we understand that things happen, and we aim to work with clients in good faith.

Refunds may be issued under the conditions outlined below.

Service-Specific Refund Guidelines

Film Photography

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled shoot are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours may receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • If we fail to deliver due to our own error (equipment failure, staff emergency, etc.), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3D Printing

  • Once a print job has begun, refunds are not available due to the cost of materials and time.

  • If there is a defect in the final product caused by our error, we’ll reprint the item at no extra cost or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

  • If you submit a flawed design file, we cannot guarantee results or issue refunds for that outcome.

CAD Modelling

  • For modeling projects, a non-refundable deposit may be required to begin work.

  • If you cancel before work begins, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued.

  • Once work has started, refunds are assessed based on how much work has been completed.

  • If you are not satisfied with the initial draft, we offer one revision round as part of the service. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Custom Projects

For larger or bundled projects (e.g. CAD + Printing + Photography), refunds will be prorated based on completed work and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss an issue with your project:

Please include your name, project title, date of service, and a clear explanation of the issue.
We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, we encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. We’re happy to resolve misunderstandings quickly and fairly.

Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
